Small, green pods that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. It serves them as an appetiser, snack or addition to the main course.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of padron peppers
- 3 large strawberries
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- a handful of spinach
- olive oil
- coarse salt
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the peppers.
- Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- Garlic cut into large pieces.
- Pour a little oil in the pan.
- Add the garlic and peppers.
- Mix them and fry them over medium heat.
- Fry until they are golden brown.
- Serve on spinach leaves.
- Sprinkle with salt and garnish with strawberries.
