PADRON PEPPERS WITH STRAWBERRIES


Small, green pods that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. It serves them as an appetiser, snack or addition to the main course.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of padron peppers
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • a handful of spinach
  • olive oil
  • coarse salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the peppers.
  2. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  3. Garlic cut into large pieces.
  4. Pour a little oil in the pan.
  5. Add the garlic and peppers.
  6. Mix them and fry them over medium heat.
  7. Fry until they are golden brown.
  8. Serve on spinach leaves. 
  9. Sprinkle with salt and garnish with strawberries.
