Ingredients:
175 g of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder
125 g of margarine (soft)
50 g of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of linseed + 3 tablespoons of water
100 g of vegan chocolate, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
- Pour water over the linseed and wait about 10 minutes until it becomes "jelly" (it will be my "egg").
- Put flour, baking powder, sugar, "egg" and chopped margarine into the blender.
- Mix it until everything comes together.
- Add chopped chocolate and combine briefly.
- Form cookies about 3 - 5 cm in diameter.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees C.
- Set aside to cool down !!!
