SAUERKRAUT AND MUSHROOMS PIEROGI

Pierogi (dumplings) with cabbage and mushrooms are the main Christmas Eve dish at my mother-in-law's house. She is a master in making them and every dumpling has a perfect shape ... it's a pity to eat :) I hope to match her someday.

  A trip with my sons always gives me a lot of positive emotions. I wonder how they see the world, what they think about my cooking ... I listen to their advice and try to put maximum effort and heart into each meal. We cooked a vegan dinner together to enjoy the view from the Mosterøy Island.

COINTREAU PRALINES

Pralines, truffles, chocolates are my weakness. A bit of alcohol emphasises their delicious flavour. For me, espresso and praline are the perfect touch of the day. Chocolates will surely be a unique table decoration.  They can be prepared a few days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

GINGERBREAD WITH PLUM JAM

There is no Christmas without gingerbread !!! This year I made a delicious plum jam, which I used for this cake. Gingerbread can be baked and frozen in advance to have more time before Christmas.

Pancakes - perfekt daily breakfast. It's also good idea to bake a few pancakes for the Christmas table. It can be a lifeline for some fussy eaters:)
