A simple recipe that results in such spectacular balls. It encourages me to cook and experiment in the kitchen. Four ingredients are enough and the pralines are ready. If I make them for small children, I give up the orange Cointreau liqueur :)
Ingredients:
- 200 g of almonds
- 200 g of fresh dates
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 10 ml of Cointreau orange liqueur
- any sprinkles
Ingredients:
- Grind the almonds into flour (I use a Thermomix).
- Add the rest of above ingredients and mix. Check if the mass is sticky and it is possible to form a ball without any problems. If not, add a little water.
- Shape into balls and sprinkle with any toppings.
- Keep it in the refrigerator.
