Potatoes jump in and out of the blog from time to time, because it is a culinary certainty. Easy to prepare, generally available and inexpensive. It is worth experimenting in the kitchen, checking reactions and collecting opinions. Because when the fridge is empty, potatoes can save your skin.
Ingredients:
- 750 g potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 1 garlic head
- salt, pepper, turmeric, curry, hot pepper and smoked paprika
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp of cornmeal
Instructions:
- Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut potatoes and onions into thin slices. Put them into a bowl.
- Divide the garlic head into cloves (don't peel it) and add to the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with spices. Stir by hand.
- Grease the ovenproof dish with olive oil.
- Put vegetables in it (the layer can't be too thick).
- Pour olive oil over it and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
