Ingredients:
(portion for two)
- 240 g silken tofu
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp of erythritol
- 3 tbsp of cocoa
- cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Drain the tofu and put it into the blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Divide the pudding into two cups and put them in the fridge for an hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with banana slices.
