What can you do with kale?

- 50 g of walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 clove of garlic
- a few leaves of fresh basil
- 10 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Toast the nuts on a stove. Set aside to cool down.
- Put the kale on a strainer and pour boiling water over it. Cool down.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind them into a pesto.
- Use kale pesto to pasta, groats, rice, sandwiches, etc.
