Ingredients:
- 230 g cooked green lentils
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- seasoning mix (salt and pepper, dried onion and garlic, turmeric, oregano)
- rocket
- cucumber
- pepper
- olive oil
- corn taco tubs from the store
sauce:
- 2 tbsp oat cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp dill
Instructions:
- Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and lightly fry chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add smoked paprika and seasoning mix and stir.
- Add green lentils and carrot finely chopped into sticks. Cook 5 minutes.
- In the meantime slice the cucumber and pepper. Prepare the sauce (combine the ingredients).
- Put all ingredients previously prepared in mini tacos.
- Add sauce.
