CAMP BREAD WITH TOMATO SALSA
This year, I will serve camp bread on the Easter table. It go well with any dish and it can be quickly fried and served while still warm. They also worked outdoors, I absolutely wanted to test it in "cowboy" conditions. For this test, I chose Fjøløy Island with a beautiful lighthouse. I lit my fire there:)

CHICKPEA PANCAKES WITH VEGETABLES AND HUMMUS
Small pancakes that fit in your hand, do not need cutlery, just grab it and carry on ... They look very nice on a party table, they can also be a side dish or a tasty snack. In this recipe, with the addition of hummus , but any sauce, pesto, paste, etc. fits with them. Maybe something left from yesterday's dinner? This pancake will accept anything! All you need to have is chickpea flour. The rest is just fantasy ...
Dates stuffed with peanut butter, marzipan, and dipped in chocolate are a sure thing at the party. Everyone will be tempted by a miniature full of sweets. I also use chocolate glaze to prepare plums in chocolate. So in one go I have two delicious desserts that I can make in advance and store in the fridge.

VEGAN STROGANOFF WITH OYSTER MUSHROOMS
From the hill in Randaberg on a sunny day you can clearly see the snow-capped peaks of the mountains, the nearby islands and the port of Mekjarvik with an interesting crescent-shaped rock mound. I have wanted to go there to cook outdoors for a long time.
I often use this recipe, which has endless possibilities. It all depends on the vegetables and toppings that I will use to fill the rolls. However, whatever I wrap in these thin, inconspicuous rice papers always Tastes great. Sometimes I add pieces of nori inside, then spring rolls dipped in soy sauce are a bit like sushi. The colourful dish looks nice on the table and I always look forward to the first bite.

BLACKBERRY CINNAMON ROLLS WITH LEMON GLAZE
To eat cinnamon rolls you don't need a plate, knife or a spoon. Use your hands to divide the rolls and eat up. It is a perfect cake to take outdoor. The amazing scent of cinnamon and cardamom spreads all over the house and is instantly cosy. It is worth making a double portion of the dough. The ready-made cinnamon rolls can be frozen into pieces, and a portion removed in case of a sudden desire for"something sweet".
