PEAR AND RAISIN CRUMBLE


As usual, the best dishes come out by chance :) Something had to be done with pears that no one wanted to eat anymore ... I had a crumble in the fridge, which I forgot to use for the cake ... And this is how very delicious, amazing dessert was created. I recommend it with all my HEART.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears
  • small handful of walnuts
  • small handful of raisins
  • cinnamon

crumble topping:

  • 35 g oats
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • a bit of vanilla extract
  • 25 g vegan margarine

Instructions:

  1. Lightly crush the oats in a blender.
  2. Put oats, sugar, vanilla and cold diced margarine in a bowl.
  3. Mix everything with fingers until a crumble is formed.
  4. Place quarters of pears with skin in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Sprinkle raisins, nuts and cinnamon on top.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble on top.
  7. Bake it uncovered in the oven 180 degrees C/30 -40 minutes.
  8. It tastes good both hot and cold. 
  9. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and ah ... it's a pity that these never stay in my freezer :)))
