I always have a pack of frozen forest fruits in my freezer. I use them for cakes, desserts and of course smoothies. A fragrant glass full of vitamins and flavours raise me at once. Enjoy your smoothie!
Ingredients:
(portion for 2)
- 1 glass of frozen forest fruits and a few for decoration
- 1/2 banana
- 1 small apple
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 200 ml coconut drink
- 1 tsp maple/date syrup (on top)
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix them until smooth.
- Add a few fruits on top.
- Pour the syrup over the smoothie.
