When I crave something sweet, but really don't want to stay in the kitchen for a long time, I choose this simple recipe. The cookies are soft, fragrant and chocolate, just perfect. They can be gluten-free if you use the right oatmeal.
Ingredients:

- 100 g of dark, vegan chocolate
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 125 g of banana
- 25 g vegan margarine (can be coconut oil)
- 1 tablespoon of ground linseed plus 3 tablespoons of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Chop chocolate and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the linseeds with water and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Put oatmeal, sliced banana, soft margarine, linseed "egg" and baking soda into a blender. Mix.
- Add the chopped chocolate and stir with a spoon.
- Place the dough balls and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (in my case, the cookies are about 5 cm in diameter).
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Wait for them to cool down and just trying !!!!
